Spark Restaurant Lounge is my friends and I, favorite place for ladies nights. If you follow my blog you've probably read posts about them previously. The ambiance is great and they have fun appetizers, yummy meals, and tasty mixed drinks (non-alcoholic).

They offer different incentives when you "check-in" with your smartphone. Starting last week, their new incentive for checking in is 10% off your tab. Spark Restaurant Lounge-New Menu!

Spark has released a new and exciting menu, that I wanted to share with my fellow Utah county residents. Spark is a Restaurant and Lounge with great appetizers, main dishes, desserts, and mixed drinks (non-alcoholic) and the whole place has a great ambiance! Since I like to dine at Spark for ladies night and other events, I thought I'd let you know about the new menu, in case you've never been.

Here are a few of the new menu items:

• Truffle Parmesan Fries- white truffle oil, grated parmesan
• Surf & Turf Burger-bacon-wrapped & pepperjack stuffed cilantro shrimp skewers, garlic aioli, butter lettuce, tomato 
• Grilled Samon Salad-organic mixed greens, asparagus, tomato, honey balsamic vinaigrette
• Kiwi Pana Cotta-vanilla bean custard with kiwi tapioca pearls

The ambiance is great and they have fun appetizers, yummy meals, and tasty mixed drinks (non-alcoholic). Here are a few pictures of my friends and I at Spark a few months ago.

Last week, when my sister was in town, we went to Spark for lunch. Sometimes people give me a hard time for "checking-in" on Facebook, when I go out to eat, but I am a foodie and food makes me excited. Well I checked in and I received a free mixed lemonade! Not bad!
