Now that it's spring, I suppose I should be posting recipes appropriate for the season. I've made this punch at parties and it is always a favorite with our friends. Not to mention, it is super fast and easy to make! The following recipe & photo comes from Paula Deen of Food Network:
Ingredients
-  2 quarts lime sherbet
 
- 2 liters ginger ale
 
- 1 (46-ounce) can pineapple juice
 
- Lemon slices 
 
- Lime slices 
 
- Maraschino cherries 
 
*If you're on a budget, omit the lemon and lime slices, and cherries. The punch still taste great without it!
Directions:
- In a punch bowl, add 2 quarts of lime sherbet. Then add ginger ale and pineapple juice. Decorate with lemon and lime slices and some maraschino cherries
