My husband and I really wanted to make a homemade pasta this week. Since we don't have too much time, we decided to buy packaged pasta but made our own homemade sauce. This recipe is amazing and rich and gave us a chance to cook together! The aroma was divine and filled our kitchen right away, I've included instructions not only for the recipe for the complete dish too. I found this recipe on ehow but made my own rendition by adding ground turkey, to this great recipe. This makes a lot of sauce and serves 6-8 people.
- Melt the butter slowly, in the pan. In the meantime, peel and chop the garlic and onion as instructed.
- Once it is melted completely add the garlic and onion. Then bring the temperature up to just above medium low heat, allowing it to fry a bit. Stop the frying and bring the temperature back down to medium low before the butter browns.
- Drain your pasta and finish cooking your ground turkey.
This recipe is really easy and the sauce is so rich and creamy! This recipe is a winner and so much enticing than canned alfredo sauce. We gave this sauce 5 stars and hope you enjoy this recipe in your home too!
